I canceled my subscription in July 2026 because you and your company have been debiting my account without shipping the product. The last time your company stole my money was on July 22, 2026, so I cancelled my subscription right after that. suddenly, my account was debited on September 3, 2026 for $42.98 and I didn't order anything from your company and my subscription is cancelled. So therefore, that means someone at your company is manualing entering orders on cancelled subscription. This type of betrayal is hurtful. Jeff Logan needs to take responsibility and reimburse me my $42.98.
I place the order May 29th and have it received anything try to reach out to the company no feedback response whatsoever. I also try reaching out to the owner of via Instagram and Facebook and he blocked me. Such a ghetto service and I've been a customer since 2020 smh
I place the order on May 29th and as of today it says it's unfulfilled I haven't received a response from customer service (which is hard to get in contact with) nor the owner which I personally reached out to him on Instagram and Facebook because I followed him but he blocked me. Every time I go on a site and say the product is sold out but if it's sold out why not return my money! All I want is my $88 back this is very unprofessional on his end and the brand.
I started ordering in March 2026 and had a lot of problems with Become Nutrition. I placed an order on July 2nd, 2026, and it never arrived. I tried contacting customer service, but they never responded. I’m not buying from you guys anymore; you’re shit. All you care about is money, not the customers.
