SATURDAY 02/29 : SHOULDERS

Fasted Cardio in the AM:
  • 12 Treadmill Sprints 
    • 5 min warm up
    • 20 seconds on highest level you can take 
    • 40 seconds rest (repeat 12 times)
  • 3 minute cool down 
Afternoon/Night Training in the PM:
  • SS • Straight bar, straight arm cable pull over
          • Super set with cable upright row 4 x 15
  • Shoulder press 4 x 8 (standing dumbbell)
  • Dumbbell side raise  3 x 12
  • Dumbbell side front 2 x 12
  • Rear delt DB raise 2 x 12
  • TRX squat to rear delt fly 2 x 15
  • Seated shoulder press  dumbbell or barbell  3 x 10
  • Dips 1 set to failure
