Boss Day in the Life: Jeff Loagz

What's up people! Welcome to another vlog - this one is a day in my life, and let me tell you, it gets pretty hectic.

From filming in the city to fixing up my sauna with my cousin, it's always a wild ride in the Jeff Loagz life.

To start the day off we did some coaching calls and then met up with my cousin who's helping me with my sauna - he had me go out and grab him some tools & parts and believe me when I say I had no clue what any of these were.

It's always a great time messing around with family - at the end of the day, they're the ones who always got your back.

City Mode

At 3PM we headed out to downtown Rochester. We were incognito mode in a pickup truck - you don't want to be in a flashy Rolls Royce out here.

We were out filming some dope edits - city views, cigars, just pure vibes.

Mall Mode

Once we were done we headed to the mall to pick up my new jacket. I got to speak in Arabic with the store owner, and we discussed our schedules during Ramadan - it was a great moment to connect with him.

Next up we checked out the jewelry store - I wanted to grab some necklaces for my kids. We ended up going with some simple clean chains, similar to the one I bought from here previously and have worn every day since.

We finished off at the mall with some food - it's been a long day, and we were starving.

Late Night Push Day

We had a long day, but the workout still had to be hit. It was time for a late night push day, which means no stims. The pre-workout stack was some BCAAs, OJ & Vitamin C Gummies

We started off with a 10 minute warmup on the stair master.

Our first movement was Standing High-To-Low Cable Flies: 4 sets x 15 reps.

Once we finish the whole workout, we're gonna do something called "combing". 1 set of all the movements we did throughout the whole workout.

After the flies we did Incline DB Bench: 4 sets of 15 reps. Resting about 45s-1min between sets.

When I'm training, I like to just vibe - focus in, embrace the solitude. I don't need distractions - no phone, tv, music.

Exercise #3 is a Flat Smith Bench Press: 4 sets of 15 reps. In between sets we gotta do some marketing - we got some dope shots of the BCAAs and shakers.

The last thing we did for chest was a superset: Plate Push-Press into Push-Ups. 4 set of 15 reps here as well.

Next up were the shoulders, which we hit with a classic DB Shoulder Press. 4 sets of 15 reps here, but make sure to alternate arms each rep.

After this we did some tricep isolation - a Overhand Pushdown superset with Overhead Extensions. We used an EZ bar here, 4 sets of 15 reps on both.

To finish off, it was time to do the combing I mentioned earlier - 1 set of all the exercises, and we tossed in dips to truly fry the chest - I actually only got 6, so you know I was done.

The day is over, but you know how we gotta sign off - a little sauna session (20 minutes & 160 degrees).
